Ticket Information

Before each day’s play, we will be operating a ticket collection from our Barmy Army HQ at the Tally Ho, Edgbaston, from 8.30am until 10.15am. Please arrive in plenty of time as there may be a short queue. Please also bring with you your Barmy Army membership card or some form of ID.

Tally Ho will also be providing breakfast options to any members who would like to prebook. You can view the breakfast menu and booking details here.

All ticket holders have the opportunity to claim a refund. Should you no longer wish to attend please email [email protected] by Wednesday the 2nd June.

Everything you need to know

Play starts 11am. Gates open 9am.

There are two items you need for entry:

  1. A negative Lateral Flow Test result
  2. Your ticket, collection from the Tally Ho.

All attendees must fill in the consent form before attending.

Before your visit

If you are feeling unwell or have any COVID-19 symptoms, you must stay at home and not attend.

Consent Form

All attendees MUST complete the mandatory online consent form. This is a requirement for all attendees.

You must share the form with all your guests and complete it as soon as possible. The consent form is available online here.

Lateral Flow Test

All attendees MUST show a negative Lateral Flow Test result on entry, completed within 24 hours of attending.

A home test kit can be ordered via the gov.uk website. If you’re attending multiple days, you must take a test before each day.

When you arrive

You must wear a face covering when moving outside and around the stadium.

Social distancing

You must do all you can to observe social distancing while outside and queueing to enter Edgbaston.

Once inside Edgbaston, social distancing is not required.

Entrance gates

Please enter via the gate displayed on your match ticket.

Spectators are welcome to bring food and drink into the stadium, excluding any alcohol, cans or glass bottles.

During your visit

When moving around, please wear a face covering. Food and drinks will be available at locations around the stadium.

Click & Collect Ordering

Spectators can order food and drink from their seat using the Edgbaston app from selected bars. Full details will be available via the app.

Contactless payment

Edgbaston has installed protective screens and has payment technology to allow for contactless purchases at our bars and retail outlets. We are unable to accept cash payments.

Stay in the stadium

Spectators are asked to stay within the stadium grounds throughout the day and during breaks in play. Please do not use the local shops, everything you need will be in the stadium.

When you are leaving

Follow directions

When you are leaving the stadium, please follow staff directions. You will be asked to exit via specific exit points.

Post-event testing

To aid the research, you will be asked to take a PCR test five days after attending. Your PCR kit will be sent to you by post to the postal address provided in your consent form.
