South Africa Tour 2026 Priority Access Pass Terms & Conditions
1. General
1.1 The South Africa Tour 2026 Priority Access Passes is a one-off payment of £100 per customer.
1.2 The Pass provides customers with priority access to Barmy Army Travel South Africa Tour Packages for a minimum of 24 hours before they go on-sale to the general public.
1.3 Customers who have purchased a pass will be notified prior as to when the priority access window will be open.
1.4 Customers can redeem the £100 against any Barmy Army Travel South Africa Tour Package when they are on sale. A Travel package consists of a match ticket booked with accommodation and/or international flights. It cannot be redeemed against Match Ticket only purchases.
1.5 We reserve the right to update and change these Priority Access Pass Terms and Conditions at any time.
1.6 We reserve the right to cease offering this product at any time without warning or justification.
2. Refunds/Cancellations
2.1 After the Barmy Army Travel South Africa Travel Packages are on sale, customers can choose if they would prefer to have a full refund of the £100 Priority Access Pass.
2.2 Customers can request a refund of their Priority Access Pass at any time by contacting the Barmy Army for instructions on how to claim their refund.
2.3 If a customer chooses to change their mind and would like to transfer the Pass to another Barmy Army Travel package for a different future tour, this can be requested by getting in touch with the Barmy Army. Priority Access Passes cannot be transferred to any Ticket Only products [UK and international] or to pay for annual membership.
3. Lost or Stolen Voucher codes
3.1 Once you have fully paid for your pass you will receive a voucher code via email, you are solely responsible for ensuring that this is not lost or stolen.
