Membership

First Class Membership

First Class membership of the Barmy Army offers amazing value for England cricket fans wanting to be part of cricket’s most passionate, fun-loving and loyal supporters club. For an annual fee of just £45 per year for a one off payment, or a discounted £35 per year if you set up a Direct Debit, you can enjoy a whole host of great benefits! CLICK HEREto join the army!

How many tickets can I get with my membership?

Tickets are limited to 2 per member, per day of play. All tickets purchased through the Barmy Army come with full refund protection.

Do we access international tickets with our membership?

To purchase international tickets, you must be a First Class, Junior or Lifetime member of England’s Barmy Army. If you have any special requests, please email tickets@barmyarmy.com

Tickets

The tickets are sold out for the game I want. How can I get them?

We've seen unprecedented demand for tickets this year, especially across the Men's Ashes. Drop us an email at tickets@barmyarmy.com with the number of tickets you'd like and which days of play you'd like them for. We'll then contact you directly in the event that any tickets are returned to us.

We're also running a resale period for tickets across the Ashes, launching from 11am on Tuesday 21st March 2023. Please drop us an email for more information at tickets@barmyarmy.com for more information.

When do my tickets arrive?

We aim to send out tickets around a month before the fixture, either by email or e-tickets. Please ensure that the email address & address on your order are up to date and valid.

For an update on your tickets, please give the Barmy Army team a call on 01932 770077 option 1 or drop us an email at tickets@barmyarmy.com with the details of your order and we’ll get this sorted for you. Whatever the situation, we’ve got you covered!

Ticket refund

If you know someone who is able to purchase them from you at face value, please feel free to do so.

Our ability to refund your tickets depends on whether we are able to sell them on. If you’d like to talk this through, give the team a call on 01932 770022 option 1 and we’ll talk you through the process. Alternatively, drop us an email at tickets@barmyarmy.com with the details of your order and we’ll do what we can to help.

Seating Requests

Our tickets are limited to 2 per member per day of play, however you can ‘add a note to your order’ with any special requests you have for the day. It might be sitting with your friends, sitting near the trumpet, or just getting an aisle seat, we can almost certainly accommodate your request.

Alternatively, you can email all of your names & order numbers to tickets@barmyarmy.com with your request, and we can keep you posted on your request!

Accessible seating

If you require accessible seating, or have any specific seating requirements, get in touch with us and we’ll make the arrangements that you need, directly with the ground. Drop us an email at tickets@barmyarmy.com or give us a call on 01932 770077 option 1 and we’ll do everything we can to help!

Merchandise

Order Status Update

Our products often work off different lead times. We aim to ship products stocked in our warehouse

Some of our products, for example T20 World Cup products, Pakistan Test series and other international products work off longer lead times. Make sure you check out the product info on the site for this information.

Returns Policy

If you’ve decided you no longer want the item you’ve ordered, just drop us an email at info@emprise.store with your order number, send it back to us at the below address and we’ll process the refund for you when we receive the item.

If it’s because there was something wrong with the product, drop us an email at info@emprise.store with your order number and a picture of the issue. We’ll then arrange to pay for the return and have you a new product shipped out.

Tour Merchandise arriving

Our Travel packages come with a bespoke piece of merchandise, specific to your tour. We ship these out to arrive with you around a week before you’re scheduled to leave for the tour - make sure you leave room in your suitcase for it!

Product ideas

Tour Designs

We know our cartoon designs for overseas tours and home summers are a hit with fans. We’re looking to compile a museum of all the designs of the past - in the meantime, if there’s one specifically you’re after, drop us an email at info@emprise.store and we’ll see what we can do!
