How many tickets can I get with my membership?
Tickets are limited to 2 per member, per day of play. All tickets purchased through the Barmy Army come with full refund protection.
Do we access international tickets with our membership?
To purchase international tickets, you must be a First Class, Junior or Lifetime member of England’s Barmy Army. If you have any special requests, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
When do my tickets arrive?
We aim to send out tickets around a month before the fixture, either by email or e-tickets. Please ensure that the email address & address on your order are up to date and valid.
For an update on your tickets, please give the Barmy Army team a call on 01932 770077 option 1 or drop us an email at email@example.com with the details of your order and we’ll get this sorted for you. Whatever the situation, we’ve got you covered!
If you know someone who is able to purchase them from you at face value, please feel free to do so.
Our ability to refund your tickets depends on whether we are able to sell them on. If you’d like to talk this through, give the team a call on 01932 770022 option 1 and we’ll talk you through the process. Match sold out - want tickets
If the game’s sold out, but you’d like to be added to our priority waiting list should any tickets become available, simply get in touch by calling 01932 770077 option 1. Alternatively, drop us an email at email@example.com with your contact details, the game you’d like to go to and the number of tickets you’d like. We’ll outline the process in more detail and if anything comes up, we’ll be in touch!
Our tickets are limited to 2 per member per day of play, however you can ‘add a note to your order’ with any special requests you have for the day. It might be sitting with your friends, sitting near the trumpet, or just getting an aisle seat, we can almost certainly accommodate your request.
