If you have already joined our pre-payment scheme, that’s great! You have secured priority access already therefore, you do not need to purchase a priority access pass.
Is it refundable?
The priority access pass is fully refundable to customers if you no longer wish to purchase a package.
What if I just want Ashes tickets?

How many Priority Access Passes do I need per booking?
You only need to purchase one Priority Access Pass per booking. So, for example, if you are booking for yourself and your partner, you would only need one Priority Access Pass. If you are planning to book your tour separately, you will need more than one pass.
