Approximately 3 weeks before the trip starts we'll be in touch with your final documentation. This will include your final flight times, ticket info and any more helpful bits of advice you may need.

Tuesday 28th November - London & Antigua:

Departure on your flight from London Heathrow to Antigua.

It works just like any holiday flight! Grab your passport and be at the airport for at least 3 hours before take-off.

On arrival in Antigua, once you’ve passed customs and immigration, you will be greeted by your Barmy Army Travel Tour Manager and transferred to your selected hotel for a 9-night stay.

Wednesday 29th November - Antigua:

Full day at leisure. Optional excursion options will be provided closer to the time.

A day to get used to your surroundings and acclimatise.

Thursday 30th November - Antigua:

Full day at leisure to enjoy Antigua.

Friday 01st December - Antigua:

Full day at leisure to enjoy Antigua.

Saturday 02nd December - Antigua:

Full day at leisure to enjoy Antigua.

Sunday 03rd December - Antigua:

01st ODI - West Indies v England.

Following breakfast, transfer to the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium for the 1st game of the tour.

After the game, you will be transferred back to the hotel.

Monday 04th December - Antigua:

Full day at leisure.

Tuesday 05th December - Antigua:

Full day at leisure.

Wednesday 06th December - Antigua:

02nd ODI - West Indies v England.

Following breakfast, transfer to the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium for the 02nd One-Day International.

After the game, you will be transferred back to the hotel.

Thursday 07th December - Antigua & Barbados:

Today, transfer to V. C. Bird International Airport for your flight to Barbados. On arrival, transfer to your chosen hotel for a 6-night stay.

Friday 08th December - Barbados:

Full day at leisure. Optional excursion options will be provided closer to the time.

Saturday 09th December - Barbados:

03rd ODI - West Indies v England.

Following breakfast, transfer to the Kensington Oval for the 03rd & final ODI of the series.

After the game, transfer back to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the night.

Sunday 10th December - Barbados:

Full day at leisure.

Monday 11th December - Barbados:

Full day at leisure.

Tuesday 12th December - Barbados:

01st T20I - West Indies v England.

After breakfast & a morning at leisure, transfer to the Kensington Oval for the 1st T20I of the series. Your coach will transfer from the hotel to the ground and then return after the day of play.

Wednesday 13th December - Barbados & Grenada:

Today, transfer to Grantley Adams International Airport for your onward flight to Grenada. On arrival, transfer to your chosen hotel for a 5-night stay.

Thursday 14th December - Grenada:

02nd T20I - West Indies v England.

You will hit the ground running for your first full day in Grenada. Transfer to Grenada National Cricket Stadium for the 02nd T20 International of the series.

Following the game, you will be returned to your hotel.

Friday 15th December - Grenada:

Full day at leisure. Optional excursion options will be provided closer to the time.

Saturday 16th December - Grenada:

03rd T20I - West Indies v England.

Transfer to Grenada National Cricket Stadium for the 03rd T20 International of the series.

Following the game, you will be returned to your hotel.

Sunday 17th December - Grenada:

Full day at leisure.

Monday 18th December - Grenada & Trinidad:

Transfer to Maurice Bishop International Airport for your domestic flight to Trinidad.

On arrival transfer to your selected hotel for a 4-night stay.

Tuesday 19th December - Trinidad:

04th T20I - West Indies v England.

Transfer to Queens Park Oval for the penultimate match of the tour & series.

Following the conclusion of the game, transfer back to your hotel.

Wednesday 20th December - Trinidad:

Full day at leisure. Optional excursion options will be provided closer to the time.

Thursday 21st December - Trinidad:

05th T20I - West Indies v England.

Transfer to Queens Park Oval for the penultimate match of the tour & series.

Following the conclusion of the game & presentation ceremony, transfer back to your hotel.

Friday 22nd December - Trinidad:

Unfortunately it's time to head home.

Keep an eye on the WhatsApp group for pick up times. When it’s time to leave for your flight, the coach will pick you up from your hotel and your Barmy Army rep will be there to answer any questions.

Entry to The Islands

All COVID-19 travel restrictions for UK travellers to Antigua, Barbados, Grenada & Trinidad have been lifted, and there are no testing requirements for entering whether you are vaccinated or unvaccinated.

Prior to arrival in Barbados, all travellers need to complete online Immigration and Customs forms found at https://travelform.gov.bb/ 72 hours prior to arrival.

Passport validity

Your passport should be valid for 6 months from the date that you arrive.

Visas

British passport holders don’t need a visa to visit any of the islands.

On entry, you will normally be granted a specified period to stay. If you wish to stay longer, you must apply and pay for an extension of stay through the relevant Immigration Department.

It’s an offence to overstay the entry period or to work without a work permit.
