Ashes Pre-Payment Plan Terms & Conditions
1. General
1.1 If you pay by direct debit we will provide you with a confirmation setting out the payment amounts and due dates by which these payments will be made by you.
1.2 In the event that there are two failed attempts at payment taken via direct debit, the direct debit mandate will be cancelled, you will be liable for any charges we incur and a new payment option will be required.
1.3 The pre-payment scheme value, cannot be resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or redeemed against the purchase of a gift card or Barmy Army Merchandise.
1.4. We reserve the right to update and change these Gift Card Terms at any time.
1.5 This prepayment scheme can only be used to purchase an Ashes package once these are launched via the Barmy Army website or call centre.
1.6 We reserve the right to pull this scheme at any time without warning or justification.
1.7 The first look will only be of Barmy Army Travel packages, once they are finalised.
1.8 Once you have fully paid your pre-payment scheme you will be provided with a voucher code that will be representative of your amount paid.
2. Refunds/Cancellations
2.1 Direct Debit:
a) A customer can request a refund and will receive the full payment minus the first instalment paid to the business as an administration fee.
b) Alternatively, a customer can choose to transfer the amount to another international tour run by Barmy Army Travel. This can be used on an upcoming Tour within 2 years of when the refund was requested. The amount can not be transferred to any UK Ticket fixtures, Membership or Merchandise products.
c) If we went with the first instalment period the most this would be is £833 for a 4 customers who have paid £5k across 6 months. This feels steep so an alternative would be to refund but minus an admin fee of £50.
2.2 Full Payment:
a) A customer can request a refund and will receive the full payment minus a £50 administration fee.
b) Alternatively, a customer can choose to transfer the amount to another international tour run by Barmy Army Travel. This can be used on an upcoming Tour within 2 years of when the refund was requested. The amount can not be transferred to any UK Ticket fixtures, Membership or Merchandise products.
3. Lost or Stolen Voucher codes
3.1 Once you have fully paid your prepayment scheme you will receive a voucher code, you are solely responsible for ensuring that this is not lost or stolen. We are not liable for any balance lost on your prepayment account due to theft or fraud.
Priority Access Pass Terms & Conditions
1. General
1.1 The Ashes Down Under Priority Access Passes is a one-off payment of £150 per customer.
1.2 The Pass provides customers with priority access to Barmy Army Travel Ashes Packages a minimum of 24 hours before they go on-sale to the general public.
1.3 Customers who have purchased a pass will be notified prior as to when the priority access window will be open.
1.4 Customers can redeem the £150 against any Barmy Army Ashes Travel Package when they are on sale.
1.5 Customers who purchase a Priority Access Pass will be entered into a competition to win a VIP Ashes experience
1.6 We reserve the right to update and change these Priority Access Pass Terms at any time.
1.7 We reserve the right to pull this scheme at any time without warning or justification.
2. Refunds/Cancellations
2.1 After the Barmy Army Travel Packages are on sale, customers can choose if they would prefer to have a full refund of the £150 Priority Access Pass.
2.2 The Barmy Army will contact customers who have purchased a Priority Access Pass but have not purchased an Ashes Travel Package after the general on-sale with instructions as to how to claim their refund.
3. Lost or Stolen Voucher codes
3.1 Once you have fully paid your prepayment scheme you will receive a voucher code via email, you are solely responsible for ensuring that this is not lost or stolen. We are not liable for any balance lost on your prepayment account due to theft or fraud.
