Key Programs & Offerings:

Olympic R66T Academy (Maryland, USA): Cricket coaching for players aged 5 to 19, with expert training in a high-performance facility.
Baltimore High-Performance Program: Elite-level coaching for juniors and seniors. This program includes tailored training sessions focused on improving technique, physicality, and mental skills.
Affiliate Academies: Partner academies can access the R66T Academy’s digital training programs, receive mentorship, and participate in high-performance programs.
UNIPRO R66T Academy (Sheffield Hallam University): A unique blend of higher education and elite cricket training for students, providing them with opportunities to play, learn, and train with top-level coaches while pursuing a degree.

R66T Academy Mission:

The R66T Academy aims to promote and support grassroots cricket worldwide through its not-for-profit R66T Foundation. This initiative helps young players develop their cricketing skills while growing their love for the game in a fun and accessible environment.

The Academy’s focus on enjoyment, teamwork, and personal growth ensures that all players, regardless of skill level, can unlock their full potential on and off the field.

High-Performance Programs:

The Olympic R66T Academy and Baltimore High-Performance Program follow the same principles as the High-Performance Program in Adelaide, which has produced several first-class and international cricketers. These programs challenge players, pushing them outside their comfort zones to develop not only their cricketing ability but also their character.

With its holistic approach, the high-performance programs combine physical training, mental skills, and tactical awareness to provide well-rounded coaching.

Affiliate Academy Program:

As an Affiliate Academy, institutions gain access to exclusive resources, including digital training programs and mentorship from R66T Academy High-Performance Coaches. Academies can implement high-performance training programs, develop regular coaching camps, and benefit from ongoing support.

The Affiliate Program also includes access to unique coaching equipment, workshops, and webinars, as well as a diploma-level course in cricket coaching, ensuring that both coaches and players continue to develop their skills.
