Terms and Conditions

1. The cost of the tour will be reduced based on the number of runs England's men's cricket team scores in the first innings of the Ashes test match against Australia, which starts on Friday 16th June 2023.
2. At the time of booking, you will pay 50% of the full original package price. The discount will be applied to your final 50% payment.
3. Purchasers must book a Barbados-only tour package flying from London, staying at the 4* Hilton Barbados on a Bed & Breakfast Basis, through www.barmyarmy.com or by calling 01932 770077 to qualify for this discount.
4. Other hotels & packages are not included within this promotion.
5. Anyone who books in advance of the first ball being bowled in the test match will receive an additional £25.00 per person discount.
6. This promotion will only apply to the first 30 bookers of the Barbados-only from London tour package staying at the 4* Hilton Barbados, and must have purchased this package by midnight Friday 23rd of June 2023.
7. Anybody who has previously purchased this package at full price in advance of the promotional launch, will receive a credit with Barmy Army Travel to the same value in pounds, as the number of runs England scores in the first innings. This credit will be valid for 24 months and applicable on any future Barmy Army Travel package in that period.
8. Lead bookers must be 18 years or older and provide proof of identity and age. Use of a false name or address will result in a void purchase.
9. Discounted tour purchases shall be accepted at Barmy Army Travel's discretion and if it considers any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in using the discount, it reserves the right to refuse the award of the booking.
10. Barmy Army Travel clients may be announced and posted across social channels once contacted by brands within Emprise Group Ltd.
11. No responsibility is accepted for delayed or mis-transmitted purchases.
12. The discounted tour package is as stated and is subject to availability and the venue’s terms and conditions. In the event of the package being unavailable for any reason outside Barmy Army Travels' control, it reserves the right to offer an alternative prize.
13. Barmy Army Travel packages are non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative if you can no longer travel.
14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Twitter or Facebook. Eligible entrants understand and agree that they are providing their information to Emprise Group Limited brands and not to Instagram, Twitter or Facebook. By purchasing this discounted tour, each booker releases Instagram, Twitter or Facebook from any action or claim arising out of the prize draw. Barmy Army Travel clients will participate in all required publicity and Emprise Group Limited reserves the right to publish the name and photo of the winners in post-event publications and across its brand's websites and/or social media sites. The bookers will reasonably cooperate with publicity as a result of winning.
17. All bookings and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of Emprise Group Limited.
18. Emprise Group Ltd's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into and reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the promotion.
19. By purchasing this package, all bookers will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions
