1.1 If you pay by direct debit we will provide you with a confirmation setting out the payment amounts and due dates by which these payments will be made by you.
1.2 In the event that there are two failed attempts at payment taken via direct debit, the direct debit mandate will be cancelled, you will be liable for any charges we incur and a new payment option will be required.
1.3 The pre-payment scheme value, cannot be resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or redeemed against the purchase of a gift card or Barmy Army Merchandise.
1.4. We reserve the right to update and change these Gift Card Terms at any time.
1.5 This prepayment scheme can only be used to purchase an Ashes package once these are launched via the Barmy Army website or call centre.
1.6 We reserve the right to pull this scheme at any time without warning or justification.
1.7 The first look will only be of Barmy Army Travel packages, once they are finalised.
1.8 Once you have fully paid your pre-payment scheme you will be provided with a voucher code that will be representative of your amount paid.
2.1 Full refunds and cancellations are at the discretion of the Barmy Army.
2.2 The first Payment is non-refundable once the first payment has left your account.
2.3 After you have paid 50% of your prepayment scheme, 50% of this value is refundable should you need to cancel.
For example: If you choose to prepay £1,000 over a period of 12 months, and you choose to cancel after 6 months, your total remaining balance will be £500. Upon cancellation, you will receive 50% of this remaining balance, i.e. £250. This will cover administration costs and any payments we may have made in pre-booking flights or accommodation.
3. Lost or Stolen Voucher codes
3.1 Once you have fully paid your prepayment scheme you will receive a voucher code, you are solely responsible for ensuring that this is not lost or stolen. We are not liable for any balance lost on your prepayment account due to theft or fraud.
