Here's how your break will look:

Before you travel:

After booking you'll receive a booking confirmation. Have a read of the important information.

Approximately 2 weeks before the trip starts we'll be in touch with your final documentation. This will include your final flight times, ticket info and any more helpful bits of advice you may need.

Time to get excited.

Sunday 2nd June

On arrival in Barbados, once you’ve passed customs and immigration, you will make your own way to your selected hotel for a 8-night stay. 

Check-in is usually around 3pm, but don’t worry if you’re there before, the hotel will store your bags, so you can head straight out. 

Your Barmy Army reps will also be around if you have any questions. 

Monday 3rd June

Full day at leisure. Optional excursion options will be provided closer to the time. 

A day to get used to your surroundings and enjoy some sun! 

Tuesday 4th June

Matchday 1 - England v Scotland

England begins their World Cup defence against their auld enemy. 

We'll confirm pickup times closer to the time, but you'll be transferred from your hotel to the world-famous Kensington Oval, with the return transfer following play. 

Wednesday 5th June

Full day at leisure. Optional excursion options will be provided closer to the time. 

Thursday 6th June 

Full day at leisure. Optional excursion options will be provided closer to the time. 

Friday 7th June 

Full day at leisure. Optional excursion options will be provided closer to the time. 

We'd highly recommend getting down to Fish Fridays at Oistins! 

Saturday 8th June 

Matchday 2 - England v Australia

England looks to make it 2/2 in their World Cup defence, this time against the old enemy. 

We'll confirm pickup times closer to the time, but you'll be transferred from your hotel to the world-famous Kensington Oval, with the return transfer following play. 

Sunday 9th June

Full day at leisure. Optional excursion options will be provided closer to the time. 

Enjoy your last full day in paradise! 

Monday 10th June

After a great break, sadly it’s time to head home. 

You'll make your own way to the airport in good time for your return flight.

Entry to Barbados

Currently, all COVID-19 travel restrictions for UK travellers to Barbados have been lifted, and there are no testing requirements for entering Barbados whether you are vaccinated or unvaccinated.

All travellers need to complete online Immigration and Customs forms found at https://travelform.gov.bb/ 72 hours prior to arrival.

Passport validity

Your passport should be valid for the proposed duration of your stay. No additional period of validity beyond this is required.

Visas

British passport holders don’t need a visa to visit Barbados.

On entry, you will normally be granted a specified period to stay. If you wish to stay longer, you must apply and pay for an extension of your stay through the Barbados Immigration Department.

It’s an offence to overstay the entry period or to work without a work permit.

It’s ok if you don’t have everyone’s passport details to hand right now, but within a week of making your booking, we’ll need:

The lead person on the booking needs to be 18 or over, and we’ll need a postal address, phone number and email address for them, as well as payment details.
